In the hectic world that we live in, the idea of our retreats is to give you precious time and headspace to think about your wellbeing and how well you're looking after yourself. 

Set in peaceful venues easily accessible from London, our wellbeing weekend retreats typically include group personal development workshops, gentle yoga classes and a fitness class to get you moving. These weekends give you an opportunity to review your self-care in beautiful surroundings as well as meeting like-minded people and personal goal setting.
